This beautiful waterfall can be reached by taking the turn at higgashena junction close to kuruwita town on the colombo Rathnapura main road and travelling 1.5 kms from the junction. this waterfall associated with kuru ganga,is 115 ft in height and is shaped like a" Bo path " Bo leaf hence the name . It had been a theme for poetic imagination of several poets of sabaragamuwa.
